2. Secure Verification
Sign in or register as an authorized bidder. Complete your onboarding to unlock access to bid placement, real-time live rooms, and custom bidder dashboards.
3. Place Bids Smartly
Submit bids on your selected lots. To ensure fairness, each bidder is strictly limited to **3 bids per lot**. The minimum opening bid starts at `ceil(reserve price + RM 1)`.
4. Track Live Status
Monitor the active countdown timers and current highest bid values dynamically inside the Live Auction Room. Receive instant alerts on your bidding history dashboard.
5. Win & Collect Gold
Once the tender finishes, the highest bid wins. Complete transaction settlement and safely redeem your premium gold item at its designated Ar-Rahnu branch.

Important Bidding Regulations & Bounds
3-Bid Allocation Rule
To prevent market manipulation, a single customer account is strictly permitted a maximum of **3 bids per lot**. Bid wisely and tactfully!
Ceiling Floor Logic
The initial bid validation utilizes integer ceiling increments. The minimum starting price validation is capped at `ceil(reserve price) + RM 1.00`.
Secure Escrow Lock
All bidding processes are audited and securely processed. Successful bids cannot be canceled or modified after submission.
Physical Verification
Successful bidders have the right to physically audit gold assets at the respective branch office during collection.
